NURSE PRACTITIONER (Primary Care)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $159, 000 – $187,000 Annually (DOE)***

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care: assessment, diagnosis & treatment
- Manage acute & chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Prescribe medications & perform physical exams
- Deliver preventive care & patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- NP with Master’s degree or higher
- Active California NP license & DEA
- 2 years of primary care experience
Preferred:
- Community health / FQHC experience
- Bilingual (Spanish highly preferred)
