About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist with strong experience in CT and X-ray. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging, and providing excellent patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and general radiography procedures
- Operate imaging equipment including CT scanners, power injectors, and post-processing tools
- Position patients accurately and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Adjust imaging protocols based on patient needs
- Assist radiologists during procedures such as biopsies when required
- Maintain imaging quality standards and minimize repeat rates
- Obtain and document accurate patient history
- Educate patients and ensure comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification required
- Advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
- Associate degree in an allied health field required
- Minimum 2 years of recent full-time experience in both CT and X-ray in a hospital or emergency setting
