Financial Analyst II | Full-Time Direct Hire

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: Starting at $68,390/Year

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst II to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a healthcare organization. This role partners with leadership to analyze financial performance, identify trends, explain variances, and support informed business decisions.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Perform monthly actual-to-budget variance analysis.
• Support annual operating budget preparation and planning.
• Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform grant-related financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Identify financial discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Present financial information and recommendations to department/service-line leaders.
• Support month-end close and special financial projects.
• Serve as a finance resource for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5–7 years of related financial systems/financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make recommendations to leadership.
• Epic or Workday experience preferred.
• PowerPoint experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
