Department / Unit Summary You will work within a modern Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) environment, with supportive leadership and a strong interdisciplinary care model. Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care and behavioral support during night shifts Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support physicians' treatment plans Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers to execute care plans Foster a trauma-informed, safe, and respectful environment for all patients Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred IV Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire Six months of acute care or behavioral health experience preferred Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills Why Choose Lancaster Rehab?
