As an Ambulatory LPN, you'll work closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality care to patients across all age groups while building meaningful, long-term relationships in a collaborative practice environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting
- Support providers with clinical and patient care activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and service
- Help improve health outcomes through relationship-based care
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Ambulatory, primary care, triage, ER, ICU, or specialty care experience preferred
