Service BDC Rep – Help Keep Our Shop Busy! ??
Love talking to people and staying organized? Join our team and help keep our service department running strong! As our Service BDC Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—setting appointments, answering questions, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls and booking service appointments
- Following up with customers (missed visits, reminders, leads)
- Helping customers get the answers they need
- Keeping everything organized in our scheduling system
- Jumping in to resolve concerns or getting the right person involved
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are friendly, upbeat, and love helping people
- Have strong communication skills (phone email)
- Stay organized and follow through
- Are comfortable using a computer
- Have a valid driver’s license
