Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and an understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain high-quality standards in food presentation
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff
- Time management and organizational skills to meet service goals and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred
