Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. This role involves working with various operating systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management tools to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. This position requires triage and support of Tier 1-2 support issues, remediating issues within the scope of experience and responsibilities, and escalating issues to Management when appropriate.
Duties
- Participate in Tier 1 through Tier 2 Triage
- Support and maintain servers, virtual machines, hyperconverged systems, cloud-connected systems, and storage.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy under the guidance of senior staff.
- Standardize images for PC's, laptops, HMIs, and WOIs. Deploy and configure endpoints and operator interfaces. Maintain OS and application patching, and lifecycle records.
- Configure switches, routing, VLANs, wireless systems, and network access controls.
- Analyze system performance trends.
- Implement system hardening, secure configurations, and assigned cybersecurity controls.
Requirements
- Any combination of Education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Proven experience with IT infrastructure management in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Experience with configuration of enterprise systems including Windows Server, virtualization platforms, switches, and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly.

Pay: $36.98 - $44.53 per hour
