About The Position/Key Responsibilities
This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:
- An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience working in employment law.
- Experience in legal research and writing, drafting contracts, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
