Other Requirements Include
- Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Manage document production, review, and organization.
- Coordinate and track discovery deadlines and court filings.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Maintain case files and litigation databases.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
