Job Summary
The Oasis House Manager oversees the administrative and clinical aspects of the crisis-bed unit of LCMHS, Oasis House. The incumbent is responsible for program development and maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the Behavioral Health division.

Education/Experience
Required: Master's degree in-social work, psychology, or counseling, or BSN and at least 2 years' experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness
Preferred: Required elements, plus 2 years' experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness; and 2 years' supervisory experience.
License/Certifications
Preferred: Licensed in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field OR licensed in State of Vermont as registered nurse;
