Job Summary

 The ES Program Manager is responsible for the daily clinical and operational functions of the Mobile Crisis Team and the Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program. This leadership role ensures timely, effective, and person-centered responses to behavioral health crises while maintaining high standards of clinical care, program quality, and operational excellence.


The incumbent will provide oversight and support to crisis services staff, monitor program performance, and work collaboratively with community providers, healthcare organizations, first responders, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated emergency behavioral health services to consumers.

Education/Experience

Required:  Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in emergency service management

Preferred: Master’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in emergency service management



License/Certifications

Required:  Certified by the State of Vermont as a Qualified Mental Health Professional

Preferred:  Licensed, or working toward licensure, in the State of Vermont as LCMHC, LICSW, Psychologist (doctorate or master’s level)
