We have a leadership role as night lead position that requires the following:
- Lead a team of people on the night crew from 3pm-11:30pm
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the team during the night shift and communicates operational needs or issues to management
- Support and direct employees, maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Ensure equipment and work areas are properly maintained
- Promote a safe, accountable, and efficient work environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
- The ability to bend, carry, crouch, reach, stand, pull, push, and walk while at work
This shift is from 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
