Collision Repair Technician – Full-Time
Lamers Bus Lines is hiring an experienced Body Shop Collision Repair Technician for our Green Bay collision and refinishing shop. This role works on school buses, motor coaches, and other passenger vehicles. We’re looking for a skilled technician who can work independently and quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair collision damage on passenger vehicles, including frame, body panel, and structural repair
- Perform surface preparation, priming, and paint refinishing to match OEM and fleet specifications
- Read and interpret damage estimates and repair orders
- Ensure repairs meet safety, DOT, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Body shop, collision repair, or auto body technician experience (bus or heavy vehicle experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license
