JOB TITLE: Organizational Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Growth
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, exempt
SUMMARY: The Organizational Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales/recruitment strategies to drive membership growth across a 170 chapter network. This position will create, implement, and oversee the process of moving qualified leads through the recruitment cycle for all of Lambda Chi Alpha.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Establish and manage a robust process for qualifying leads and seamlessly transitioning them to local entities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns tailored to leads sourced from third-party vendors.
- Act as a secondary training resource to Chapter Advisors and Officers
- Data Analysis:
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing chapter recruitment data, including lead generation metrics, conversion rates, associate member numbers, and initiation figures.
- Conduct comparative analysis to assess current year performance vs. past performance.
- Communicate results and improvement strategies to both international and local stakeholders.
- Oversee recruitment CRM Usage:
- Take charge of recruitment CRM administration, ensuring its optimal utilization, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- The number of high school leads that join Lambda Chi Alpha.
- Monthly utilization rate of the recruitment CRM tool across chapters.
- Lead to Association to Initiation conversion rate.
- The number of chapters that complete and utilize an annual Recruitment Plan
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three to five years of sales or sales management experience with a track record of delivering results and teaching others how to sell.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and hands-on experience in managing sales data.
- Prior fraternity/sorority membership is desirable but not mandatory.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Some travel may be required.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 10 pounds.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
