Position Overview:
This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided. It’s a great opportunity for someone starting their career who wants to learn a specialized skill set, work closely with patients, and be part of a supportive, team-driven environment. This role will involve travel between our two office locations in Davison and Swartz Creek, so flexibility and reliable transportation are important.
What You’ll Do:
- Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Learn how to take optical measurements and understand prescriptions
- Assist with eyewear adjustments, repairs, vision insurance billing, and order processing
- Support both the optical, lab, and front desk teams as needed
- Provide a positive, helpful experience for every patient
