Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally. This is a multi-faceted role requiring strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting walk-in clients, conducting product research, and delivering timely, accurate quotes.
- Manage and support online company stores.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage orders through production and delivery; obtain invoices and verify order completion.
- Support sales representatives by preparing materials, coordinating orders, and maintaining communication.
- File completed and "dead" orders appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to general office upkeep.
- Build strong internal relationships through team cooperation and positive communication.
- Attend community and civic events as a representative of the company.
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to grow through self-improvement.
- Anticipate needs and proactively suggest or implement solutions.
