Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Aesthetics & GLP-1 Weight Management

Lamb Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is excited to grow our team at our newly opened second location in Morgantown, West Virginia!

Lamb Medical is a boutique medical, wellness, and aesthetics practice focused on providing highly personalized care and an exceptional patient experience. After building a successful and established practice in the Pittsburgh area, we are expanding our aesthetics and wellness services to Morgantown and are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is excited to help us grow this new location.

This is an ideal opportunity for a provider who is passionate about medical weight management, GLP-1 therapy, hormone and wellness medicine, aesthetic injectables, and IV therapy and enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients in a personalized, concierge-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and grow our Be Well Program, which focuses on weight management, hormone optimization, nutrition, lifestyle modification, fitness, metabolic health, and long-term wellness
• Provide comprehensive medical weight-management care, including evaluation, prescribing, monitoring, and ongoing management of patients using GLP-1 medications
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Provide aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Help develop and expand IV hydration and wellness therapy services
• Perform IV placement and administer IV therapies in accordance with practice protocols
• Provide wellness consultations, patient education, and ongoing coaching
• Participate in additional wellness services, including hormone optimization, as appropriate based on experience and training
• Work collaboratively with our physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide a seamless, high-touch patient experience
• Help build relationships with patients and contribute to the continued growth of our new Morgantown location

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in West Virginia
• Active national certification and appropriate prescribing credentials
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 medications for medical weight management
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, preventive medicine, and helping patients look and feel their best

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IV therapy and IV placement strongly preferred
• Experience with hormone optimization, metabolic health, or functional/wellness medicine is a plus
• Experience working in a medical aesthetics, med spa, concierge, or boutique medical practice
• Interest in helping develop and grow programs within a new practice location
