General Service Tech (General Service Technician) - Port Arthur

The General Services Technician has responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, custodial tasks, setting up for events, assisting Physical Plant maintenance personnel, and assisting with transportation of materials, furniture, etc. This is a full-time position that reports to LSCPAs General Services Department.

## Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and perform maintenance tasks at assigned facilities
• Complete general facility maintenance tasks (i.e., pressure washing, minor repairs)
• Event arrangement (i.e., setting up stage units, tables, and chairs for events)
• Comply with campus policies and procedures
• Other related duties, as assigned

• Prior custodial and/or maintenance work experience
