Role Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will serve as the internal talent acquisition leader for both LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee and MLJ LuxDesign Builders. This role is responsible for building and executing recruiting strategies for executive leadership, corporate headquarters roles, culinary and hospitality professionals, restaurant operations leaders, and luxury construction personnel.
This position requires a recruiter who is comfortable operating across both high-volume restaurant staffing and high-discretion executive / luxury talent searches.

- Partner directly with CEOs and executive leadership to forecast staffing needs.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines for both restaurant and construction divisions.
- Manage fullcycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Represent both brands with a premium candidate experience aligned with luxury and hospitality standards.
- Develop recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (timetofill, qualityofhire, costperhire).
- Coordinate recruiting efforts across corporate and franchise growth timelines.
- 5 years of recruiting experience (restaurant, hospitality, construction, franchising, or multiindustry preferred).
- Demonstrated success hiring both operational talent and executive leadership.
- Experience supporting highgrowth organizations or multiunit expansion.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and industry networks.
- Professional presence and discretion suitable for executive and ultraluxury client environments.
- Salary: $80,000 $120,000 DOE
