Dinosaur Orthodontics is a thriving, family-owned orthodontic practice with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care We're currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for patients starting their orthodontic journey. What You'll Do:
- Welcome and guide new patients through the orthodontic consultation process
- Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
- Educate patients and parents about recommended treatment options, financial plans, and timelines
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical team members
- Help patients understand and navigate insurance benefits and payment options
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
