Dinosaur Orthodontics is a thriving, family-owned orthodontic practice with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care! We’re currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for patients starting their orthodontic journey. If you're enthusiastic about creating beautiful smiles and helping patients feel confident in their treatment decisions, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and guide new patients through the orthodontic consultation process
- Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
- Educate patients and parents about recommended treatment options, financial plans, and timelines
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical team members
- Help patients understand and navigate insurance benefits and payment options
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for patient care

Hourly rate: $16.50 - $25.00
