Founded in 2014 by Anthony Lallis and Derek Higgins, we've built a team of people who genuinely like working together, taking care of their clients, and show up for the communities they live in.
We're not a call center. We're not a franchise. We're a locally owned agency with deep roots, competitive carriers across New England, and a team that takes pride in what they do for the client.
WHY INDEPENDENT AGENCY IS DIFFERENT: We work with multiple top carriers across New England as an independent agency. Your job is to find the right coverage at the right price - not to defend a product that doesn't fit. Clients feel the difference, and refer friends, family and neighbors because of it.
WHAT THE OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE? You'll build a book of business and earn renewal income on every policy that stays on the books. Year one you build the foundation. By year three the renewals start working for you.

- On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$120,000 depending on production
- Flexible schedule where you manage your time like a professional
- A service team that helps your clients
P&C license required. Don't have it yet? We'll help you get there, but you'll need to move on it quickly.
WHO FITS HERE - We're not looking for the loudest voice in the room. We're looking for the person people call when something goes wrong and trust to help make it right.
The right candidate: Is already connected in their community. This includes civic groups, local business networks, youth sports, and faith organizations. You know people and people know you.
