Job Title: Special Events Coordinator / Operations
Job Summary: LALI Jewels is hiring an operations position that would support the Special Events department in growing the one day only event business. The individual will be responsible for the operational part of the business day to day. They will also help analyze and grow the trunk show business with helping to find new business opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
· Trunk Show Communications and preparing for special events.
· Creating show packets and gifting for each location
· Manage trunk show emails.
· Send pre and post emails. (Goodluck, feedback, previous client list, etc)
· Send upcoming trunk show reminders to stores.
· Create and determine who gets Top Client emails.
· Update monthly events on website.
· Build and manage the seasonal contact sheet ahead of the new season once it is final.
· Create and send the reps their monthly contacts for events.
· Build the monthly top client list.
· Create marketing materials for each partner
· Pulling client history for each event
Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in retail, wholesale, or special events / training
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer skills, as required.
· Experience in Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 per week
