Community Growth Ambassador

And we need your help to get us there!

We’re looking for Community Growth Ambassadors to join our team and help introduce our app and services to small businesses across New York City!

As a Community Growth Ambassador, you’ll work closely with our team to engage local business owners, support onboarding, and represent our brand within different NYC communities. This role offers hands-on experience in community-based outreach, sales, and growth, while giving you exposure to a variety of engagement approaches.

• Engage with small business owners across NYC communities
• Introduce and explain our app and services in a clear, approachable way
• Support interested businesses through signup and early use
• Work across different community outreach approaches
• Share feedback and insights from conversations in the field

• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Are interested in sales, growth, or community-focused work
• Are familiar with certain NYC neighborhoods or communities
• Are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Want hands-on experience with a growing team

We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including students, early-career professionals, and those with prior customer-facing or community experience.

Salary : $17 - $20
