Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, educating them about different cannabis products, and ensuring a positive experience at our dispensary.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Help customers make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Experience in wireless sales or technical sales is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and basic math skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
