What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telephone Operator/Customer Service position at Lakeway Answering Service, Inc.?

- We have a Full Time position available
- This will be for an overnight shift 11pm-9am. 4 nights on and 4 off.
- Overtime available
We answer incoming calls for various businesses and offices. There will be some light cleaning as well. This position starts at $11/HR. We offer time and a half for overtime. We do not offer insurance benefits. Must be comfortable and confident using a computer and telephone accurately and able to work in an intermittently fast paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual to work each day and able to efficiently multi-task. Weekends and holidays are required. Must have good computer skills. Experience helpful but not necessary. Will train. Must have reliable transportation to and from job.
