Redisclosure Manager

The Redisclosure Manager is responsible for management of the disclosure functions for the Consumer Direct channel. It is expected that this position will manage multiple Redisclosure Specialists. This is a remote position with a salary range of $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. 

• Monitor the Redisclosure Specialists pipeline levels.
• Provide feedback to Redisclosure Specialists regarding their performance and knowledge to identify needs for additional training.
• Provide general leadership and guidance to direct and communicate the vision for the group and foster/hone needed skills.
• Review process flow and create and review tools for use to ensure compliance with required process.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations groups as to performance expectations in the management of the pipeline.
• Work closely with the VP of Compliance to ensure that all disclosure policies, procedures, and documents are within regulatory compliance parameters.
• Instrumental in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
• Conduct staff meetings where appropriate to ensure staff is familiar with any new policies and procedures as well as performing training analysis as to predict workloads and balance accordingly.
• Manage internal and external expectations on timelines, costs, and delivery volumes.
• Work with the Training Department to maintain viable training techniques and processes and be instrumental in deploying those to all employees within the department.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience: 

• College degree preferred. Equivalent experience in mortgage banking / origination's and in management.
• 3 years mortgage banking experience with emphasis on applied knowledge of workflow and loan origination systems as well as leading teams.
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements, GSE loan program requirements and mortgage documents.
• Proficient with Office suite (excel, work, power point)
