Supply Planner

• Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organizational goals
• Develop a Master Production Schedule based on product demand and sales forecast
• Analyze demand plan/forecast, including MAPE and Bias factor
• Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demand and fill rate targets
• Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands and demand plan
• Optimize inventory levels to meet organizational goals. Avoid product write off while customers demand is fully satisfied
• Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply periods
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present information to a cross-functional team
• Drive sustained performance in all critical areas of customer scorecards (customer fill rate, on-time ship)
• Maintain data regarding demand history
• Develops demand and capacity for annual budget
• Lead Supply Review and liaise with the Demand Management and Product Management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Engineering
• Minimum 1-year experience of related work experience
• Experience with ERP systems and forecast software
• Advanced math skills including Algebra and Statistics
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Knowledge of IBP process is a plus
• Strong organizational, planning, time management and follow-through skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and competing projects.
• Proven collaboration abilities and strategic thinking

The Supply Planner will be responsible for overseeing the execution and planning of the demand plan for new and existing products, to meet organizational goals. This includes creating a Master Production Plan for the operational team. This person will be working with a cross functional team with sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
