Primary Job Function: The Master Plumber role is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. As a Master Plumber, you will lead projects, provide technical expertise, mentor and guide journeymen and apprentices, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also work closely with customers and the management team to uphold Lakeside's reputation for dependable, honest service.
Schedule: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with no on call requirement
Pay: $38.00-43.00 per hour, based on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory roles preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members and management
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities independently
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop plumbing team members
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- OSHA-10 or related safety certifications preferred
