Primary Job Function: As a Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every job. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, repair and maintenance on residentials and light commercial HVAC systems including geothermal, oil, steam, and ductless split comfort controls. Candidates should have a passion for problem solving, creative thinking, be detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating clearly with customers and team members.
Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime based on demand
Pay: $36.00-41.00 per hour based on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses

Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of HVAC service experience
- Skilled in working with hydronics, geothermal, oil, steam, and ductless split systems
- A passion for customer service and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Universal required
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- NATE Certification or other industry certifications a plus
