We service surgeons and hospitals in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Upstate New York from Cooperstown west to Buffalo. We have a strong team of tenured sales representatives and are seeking motivated, driven sales professionals to join our extremity team.
Associate or Sales Representative positions are available in the following territories: Scranton/Binghamton, Syracuse/Binghamton, and Buffalo, NY.

About the role
As an Orthopedic Extremity Sales Representative, you will provide support to surgeons who are using our partner companies in the operating room. You will build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration while representing Lakeside's standard of professionalism and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide case coverage in the operating room, including product setup, sterile handling, and intraoperative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital purchasing/materials management
- Learn and maintain deep clinical knowledge of extremity product lines (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, and foot and ankle.
- Manage inventory, consignment, and loaner set logistics for assigned accounts
- Represent Lakeside professionally at all times in clinical and administrative settings
- Work directly with a senior territory rep who will provide direct mentorship and training (associate level candidates)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to be present in the operating room for extended case coverage, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend cases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort working in high-pressure clinical environments
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team oriented
- Prior medical device, healthcare, or related sales experience preferred for rep-level roles, but not for associate level roles
- Ability to travel within Lakeside geography
- Proven experience in medical or scientific/medical equipment technical sales, with a focus on orthopedic or surgical products preferred.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent contractor position
- Associate level: $45,000-$65,000
- Rep level: Base draw commensurate with experience, plus unlimited commission potential ($200,000 )
