Lakeside Sales Partners, Inc. is a dedicated sales organization that has been serving Orthopedic Surgeons in Pennsylvania and New York since 2012. We represent leading extremity orthopedic surgical devices used in Reconstructive Surgery, Arthroplasty, and Extremity Trauma. Some of our represented companies include Medline Unite Enovis Foot and Ankle, Medline Unite, Skeletal Dynamics, and Smith and Nephew (Shoulder Arthroplasty). Lakeside offers complete administrative support including inventory replenishment, billing and PO collection. This is specifically designed to enable our representatives to focus on growing their business, therefore minimizing paperwork.

Lakeside’s Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Lakeside candidate possesses strong integrity, a winning attitude, and has a strong history of growing sales in a territory. However, less experienced sales reps and/or recent college grads with a desire to achieve and win, will also be considered for our Sales Associate positions.

Requirements:

· Full-time, travel required primarily in your territory

· OR experience preferred

· Seeking applicants with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2 years

· College Degree

· Sales Representative: 3-5 years current and progressive goal achieving sales experience

· Sales Associate: College Grad, Desire to succeed, great attitude and work ethic

· Self-motivated / Self-sufficient

· Valid Drivers License

· Lakeside HQ is in New Milford, Pennsylvania. Travel to Pennsylvania and other states for training will be required.

Compensation/Benefits:

· 1099 Independent Contractor Position

· Base Salary Draw commensurate with experience & performance history
