You’ll Be Responsible For
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, coordinating sub-contractor bids, setting each project up for success
- Creating and managing construction schedules with linked payment milestones
- Communicating regularly with clients through project management software to keep them informed and confident
- Coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Reviewing bids, budgets, and invoices to ensure cost accuracy
- Supporting your team with clear leadership, mentorship, and accountability

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2 years of residential construction or design-build project management experience
- Understands construction methods, scheduling, and quality standards

- Has experience using project management software
