Lakeside Montessori Academy is a family-owned and operated school known for excellence in early childhood education. We are looking for fun, dedicated, highly motivated, creative minded individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children. Eligible candidates should have at least one year of experience working in a licensed childcare program.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Great team player, leadership skills, communicative, punctual, caring
- Able to maintain tidiness and cleanliness of classroom
- Great communication skills with others (children, staff, parents, etc.)
- Patient, kind, and empathetic towards children
- Effective classroom management skills - will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.

This position is the closing shift till 6:00/6:30 pm daily.
