Overview
We’re seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to manage tenant communications and leasing operations at San Dee Townhouses. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, conflict resolution experience, and property management knowledge. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth leasing process while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Market available units, conduct property tours, and process applications
- Manage tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals
- Assist with move-ins to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants
- Conduct unit inspections to maintain quality standards
- Build strong tenant relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Use Yardi (or similar software) for leasing tasks and record-keeping
- Work with the property management team to maximize occupancy and reduce turnover
- Track and oversee maintenance requests using CMMS to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
- Experience in leasing or property management (preferred)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (a plus)
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for record-keeping
- Familiarity with Yardi and CMMS (preferred)
