Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Delano, Minnesota (onsite)
First Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Compensation: $28-$32 per hour

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as control panels, compressors, ovens, bearings, drives, and HVAC units.
- Weld, cut, and grind metal for mold and machine repairs.
- Build and remodel equipment for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and requisitions.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Support operational teams with technical assistance and problem-solving.
- Perform additional maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (education or equivalent training considered).
- Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance preferred.
- Journeyman’s card in Electrical or Mechanical trades a plus.
- Experience with rotational molding or plastics manufacturing a plus.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Forklift and scissor lift certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, humid environments.
