From celebrating jackpot wins to answering questions and resolving machine issues, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional casino experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to every guest.
- Accurately process slot machine jackpots and complete all required paperwork.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and slot machine service calls.
- Perform minor slot machine troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance.
- Verify slot bank impress totals and complete opening and closing bank procedures.
- Understand and respond appropriately to slot machine error codes.
- Maintain an active presence on the casino floor, assisting guests with machine operation and gameplay.
- Maintain accountability for assigned radios, keys, and other equipment.
- Follow all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Schedule Requirements: Lakeside Hotel Casino operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Team members must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
