WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Security Officer, you play a key role in creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for everyone on the property.
- Provide a visible and professional security presence across the property
- Patrol the premises and monitor for safety, security, and compliance
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with investigations by gathering information and documenting incidents
- Escort guests, employees, and sensitive assets (cash, keys, gaming items)
- Support traffic control, fire prevention, and safety initiatives
- Drive guests and team members to local destinations as needed
- Partner with leadership and external agencies when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment

WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license
