We are currently looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant, banquet, bar, and casino beverage operations. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support day-to-day operations, develop team members, drive service standards, and ensure smooth execution across all front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coaching employees, assisting guests, jumping behind the bar, helping on the floor, or supporting banquet operations when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house restaurant, banquet, bar, and casino beverage operations.
- Help create a welcoming, service-focused atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Assist with performance management, attendance accountability, and employee development.
- Step into line-level operational roles when needed to support the teams.
- Support banquet setup, service, and tear-down operations.
- Collaborate with Culinary and Hospitality leadership to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service standards and all applicable regulations.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and service expectations.
Leadership Responsibilities
This position provides direct supervision to front-of-house Food & Beverage employees. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees in all areas of their job; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; documenting concerns and discipline; addressing complaints; resolving problems; and providing for the safety and security of the employees. Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum two years of Food & Beverage experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
