Lakeside Mobile Support Program has an immediate need for fee-for-service Attendance Support Counselors in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Lakeside Mobile Support is seeking dedicated and compassionate Attendance Support Counselors to assist elementary, middle, and high school students facing challenges with daily school attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to making a positive impact on student success and well-being. The role offers flexible fee-for-service arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel reimbursement and bi-weekly supervision provided.

- Provide attendance support to students between 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and/or 3:30-6pm, depending on individual cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement
- Collaborate with school staff, families, & community resources to address attendance barriers

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Prior experience working with school-aged children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of local school district policies and community resources is a plus
- Ability to travel at least 30 minutes
