Stand Up Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift - Temp to Hire

This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.

Opportunities for full time employee may be offered post season.

Pay: $18.75/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential - On-Demand Pay Available (access a portion of your earned wages before payday)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, with overtime as required including Saturday and Sunday

Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Job Type: Temp-to-hire: eligible for full-time, permanent, status change following your 90-day probationary performance review

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory
• Perform load, unload, case pick, and full pallet pick duties as instructed
• Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedure
  
  

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Minimum of 6mths previous stand up forklift experience - required
• Ability to work at heights of 20 feet, required
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines, required
