Maintenance Assistant -
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the heating, air conditioning, and water systems.
- Responsible for the fire protection devices and systems, air compressors and dryers, hot and chilled water recirculating systems, wells and dust systems.
- Must be able to periodically inspect buildings, roofs, and drains as required or directed.
- Will be working a fixed shift - 3p-11p.
- Experience working in Building and Grounds desired.
