Pay: $19.50/hr, On-Demand Pay Available (access a portion of your earned wages before payday)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime as required including Saturday
Location: 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits
Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:
- Safety operate a forklift and/or order picker to perform job duties
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Address discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and adjustments
- Follow all safety guidelines - steel toe shoes required
- Previous inventory management experience in a distribution center
- Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory - required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift.
- Ability to work at heights of 20ft
