Starting Pay: $18.96 - 19.96/hr ( $1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Pay Grade Range: $18.96 - 24.50/hr

- Potential performance based pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and during merit review.

What You’ll Do
As a Light Equipment Operator 2, you’ll play an important role in our production team by:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
- Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
- Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
- Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
- Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
- Supporting the team with other duties as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
- Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, plus some mechanical experience
