Starting Pay: $46,500 - 55,000/yr SNE

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours:7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Providing an outstanding experience for our customers while organizing and providing a detailed plan of execution to manufacturing in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and/or evaluate Purchase Orders
  • Understand and communicate customer expectations
  • Build client satisfaction and relationships
  • Effective, concise internal and external communication on phone and in email
  • Process jobs on proprietary job entry system
  • Monitor project status
  • Execute meetings to collaborate when job planning
  • Requisition of proper materials for specific jobs
  • Ability to occasionally travel to resolve customer problems/build customer relations
  • Adheres to Quality standards
  • Adheres to and promotes all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate and work in a group setting
  • Train or assist New Hires and CS Assistants as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Must be able to read a standard ruler or tape measure
  • Knowledge of Corporate SOX/Internal documentation as it relates to specific responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, flexibility, attention to detail and decision making skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and take on conflict resolution
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others including team members and/or customers
  • Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office / Google Suit products
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior administrative Customer Service experience required
  • Basic printing / publishing or industrial administration knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
