Lakeside Behavioral Health TMS & IOP is a CARF-accredited outpatient mental health clinic based in St. Louis, Missouri, providing comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric care. The clinic offers outpatient medication management, individual therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and a fully virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for patients in Missouri and Illinois.

Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical support staff treats mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and treatment-resistant depression with a focus on timely access and strong therapeutic relationships. Treatment plans are individualized, integrating advanced interventions like TMS with ongoing therapy and medication management. Lakeside is in-network with most major commercial insurers, Medicare, Missouri Medicaid, and TRICARE, and collaborates with community partners to expand access for working professionals, students, military families, and underserved populations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team for long-term growth. This role is highly customizable around your professional preferences and clinical strengths. You will provide core therapeutic services while helping us innovate, launch, and lead an exciting new ADHD Treatment and Behavioral Coaching service line.

We handle 100% of the backend support (billing, compliance, marketing, and scheduling) so you can focus entirely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities

-> Direct Care: Provide high-quality individual therapy, conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, and facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions.

-> Service Line Innovation: Partner with us to establish, anchor, and grow our new ADHD program, focusing on evidence-based executive functioning skills-building, behavioral protocols, and patient education.

-> Collaborative Growth: Bring your clinical expertise and therapeutic ideas to the table as we explore new, innovative treatment options for our community.

Location and Schedule Flexibility

-> Location: Fully customizable hybrid options. Services can be a combination of virtual care and in-person sessions at our South County St. Louis (MO) and O'Fallon (IL) locations.

-> Schedule: Weekdays only.

-> Hours: Standard daytime hours are available, but we prefer a candidate with the flexibility to run evening or late afternoon groups on certain days

Qualifications

-> Active licensure as an LCSW or LPC, or eligible for reciprocal licensure in MO/IL.

-> Strong experience or distinct interest in working with ADHD populations, executive functioning skills-building, and behavioral interventions.

-> Experience with or interest in leading IOP group therapy tracks.
