Lakeside Behavioral Health TMS & IOP is a CARF-accredited outpatient mental health clinic based in the St. Louis area providing comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric care. The clinic offers outpatient medication management, individual therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and a fully virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for patients in Missouri and Illinois.
Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical support staff treats mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and treatment-resistant depression with a focus on timely access and strong therapeutic relationships. Treatment plans are individualized, integrating advanced interventions like TMS with ongoing therapy and medication management. Lakeside is in-network with most major commercial insurers, Medicare, VA Community Care Network, and Tricare, and collaborates with community partners to expand access for working professionals, students, military families, and underserved populations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team for long-term growth. This role is highly customizable around your professional preferences and clinical strengths. You will provide core psychological services while helping us innovate, launch, and lead an exciting new ADHD Diagnosis, Evaluation, and Treatment service line.
We handle 100% of the backend support (billing, compliance, marketing, and scheduling) so you can focus entirely on your clients.
Key Responsibilities
-> Direct Care: Provide high-quality individual therapy, conduct psychological/neuropsychological evaluations, and facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions.
-> Service Line Innovation: Partner with us to establish, anchor, and grow our new ADHD program, including comprehensive diagnostic testing, report writing, and evidence-based skills-building protocols.
-> Collaborative Growth: Bring your doctoral-level expertise and clinical ideas to the table as we explore new, innovative treatment options for our community.
Location and Schedule Flexibility
-> Location: Fully customizable hybrid options. Services can be a combination of virtual care and in-person sessions at our South County St. Louis (MO) and O'Fallon (IL) locations.
-> Schedule: Weekdays only.
-> Hours: Standard daytime hours are available, but we prefer a candidate with the flexibility to run evening or late afternoon groups on certain days (negotiable based on your preferences).
Qualifications
-> Active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), or eligible for reciprocal licensure in MO/IL.
-> Strong experience or distinct interest in ADHD diagnosis, administering/interpreting neuropsychological evaluations, and executive functioning skills-building.
-> Experience with or interest in leading IOP group therapy tracks.
