Why Lakeside
Lakeside is independently owned by a long time veterinary professional. No corporate parent, no PE firm, no consolidator playbook. That means medical autonomy, decisions made locally, and an owner who’s present and accountable. As Medical Director, you’ll partner directly with ownership to shape clinical standards, mentor your team, and build the practice you’ve always wanted to work in — while still doing what you love most: practicing great medicine. When the practice succeeds, you share in it. Every month.
