Your Impactful Role :
Meaningful Responsibilities :
Insightful Incident Reviews : Conduct comprehensive reviews of Incident Reports, identify systemic issues, track incidents, and report to governing bodies like Health Care Policy and Financing and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
Analyze trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Community Collaboration : Partner with Adult / Child Protective Services and Law Enforcement to investigate incidents of mistreatment, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in our care.
- Human Rights Committee Facilitation : Assist in facilitating the Human Rights Committee, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.
- Empowerment Through Documentation : Perform thorough reviews of internal and external documentation related to individuals’ support needs and strengths.
Identify inconsistencies, areas for risk mitigation, and gaps in services. Request necessary documentation and resources to support risk mitigation and resource connection.
Client-Centric Service :
Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering effective communication, documenting interactions, and creating tailored service plans to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications We Value :
- Educational Excellence : Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a human behavioral science or related field, demonstrating your commitment to understanding and supporting individuals.
- Experience Matters : Alternatively, bring 5 years of verifiable experience, showcasing your practical expertise in delivering quality services.
- A working vehicle, valid CO driver’s license (unless active Military family), and auto insurance coverage with bodily injury and property damage liability coverage are required.
